“I need a pregnancy test”
If you’ve missed your period, you’re probably thinking about taking a pregnancy test. Our confidential pregnancy testing is free, accurate, and quick. Most pregnancy tests available today are urine-based. These tests measure the amount of pregnancy hormone in a woman’s body. Our medical-quality tests are more sensitive than some home pregnancy tests and can reliably detect pregnancy within a day of a missed period.
A negative test result might be a relief, but if you haven’t gotten your period within a week of taking a negative pregnancy test, we recommend a follow up test. Unfortunately, some women simply don’t generate enough pregnancy hormone in the early stages of pregnancy to trigger the test.
